The BCECC organized its in-person event “China (Guangdong) – Belgium Economic and Trade Cooperation Conference” together with the Guangdong Municipal Bureau of Commerce on 8 September in Brussels. Highlighting how the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) forms an important engine for China’s future economic development, the event provided speeches from high-level officials from Guangdong Province and Belgium, and hosted over 75 Chinese delegation members led by the Chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CPPCC. The event’s 170+ attendees were able to learn more about the benefits of the business environments of Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Yangjiang and Foshan and enjoy some high-level networking opportunities during a walking dinner.
