The BCECC welcomes a delegation from Longhua, Shenzhen

On 3 April 2023, the Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (BCECC) welcomed a delegation from Longhua district to talk about the business opportunities in Shenzhen. Being one of the biggest industrial districts and one of the main production bases in the city, Longhua district is ideally situated in the core of the Greater Bay Area bordering Hong Kong and Macao, making the district perfect for business.

The event opened with a networking lunch, allowing the attendants and the delegation to enjoy a first contact. It was then followed by an introductory speech and a presentation of the guests by the Chairman of the BCECC, Mr. Bernard Dewit. After that, Mr. Lan Tao Director of Longhua District Government Office and Director of Foreign Affairs of the Longhua District Government, Ms. Lai Qingyao of the Longhua District Investment Promotion and Enterprise Service Center, as well as Mr. Zhou Ziwei, Chairman of Shenzhen Meizhao Environment Co.,Ltd from the delegation shared all the benefits and the help you can get from the government by setting up your business in Shenzhen.

At the end of the event, Mr. Bernard Dewit and Ms. Lai Qingyao signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (BCECC) and the district of Longhua establishing a partnership between both parties.
