Seminar on “Updates on Belgian Labour Law and Corporate Income Tax”

The Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (BCECC) is pleased to invite you to a seminar on “Updates on Belgian Labour Law and Corporate Income Tax” on March 8, 2018 in Brussels in collaboration with KPMG, Group S and the Association of Chinese Enterprises in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Mr. Zhang Jinbao, International Social Adviser at Group S, will discuss the new measures in regards of the updated Belgian Labour Law and more specifically raise the topics of employer’s social contributions, benefits in kind , profit-sharing bonus, posting of employees and notice period.

Mr. Coen Ysebaert, Tax Partner at KPMG, and Mrs. Huang Weihua, Senior Manager at KPMG, will analyze the consequences and benefits of the long-awaited corporate tax reform enacted end of last year including, a.o. the new requirement for the directors’ fees, the changes in loss compensation and in dividend – and capital gains exemption and the required actions for the future interest deduction limitation and tax consolidation (“group contribution”).
