The Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (BCECC) organized 5 editions of their Business Chinese courses together with the Confucius Institute at Group T- Academy in September 2020, January, April & September 2021, and January 2022. As cross-cultural communication is very important when doing business with China, our courses enabled participants to learn some basic sentences on useful communication topics, receive some grammatical and cultural tips. Due to COVID-19, it was unfortunately not possible to organize live classes, but the virtual alternative formed a nice alternative for our very diverse group of participants. Top-notch teachers Prof. Dun Liao and Prof. Mayinuer, both have been teaching Mandarin Chinese for over 20 years in China, Asia and the UK (at the London School of Economics, HSBC, etc.).
