The EU committed to achieving climate neutrality by 2050 and will use its European Green Deal as the strategy for reaching its goal. The package is a set of proposals to revise existing legislations and will put in place new climate-, energy- and transport-related laws.

What will be the implications of these new legislations for the business strategies of European and Chinese companies? How about the green new policies and arbitration? 

In the framework of the 2023 China Arbitration Week, the BCECC, CIETAC, CCPIT and ICBC (Europe) S.A.
