Bart Swings raced to victory and gained Belgium’s first gold medal since 1948, and China’s team scored an impressive 15 medals. Mr. Cao Zhongming, Ambassador of the P. R. of China to the Kingdom of Belgium and Mr. Jean-Michel Saive, Chairman of the Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee (BOIC).
