I am pleased to invite you to a special luncheon taking place on Thursday May 21, 2015 with as guest speaker Mr. Geert Bourgeois, Minister-President of Flanders and Flemish Minister for Foreign Policy and Immovable Heritage.

BCECC is given the rare opportunity to hold this event at the exclusive restaurant of the Flemish Parliament in Brussels on the top floor at the roof terrace which offers an amazing view over the city of Brussels and is accessible for representatives of the Flemish Parliament only. On May 21, 2015 however, BCECC’s members and contacts can enter this exclusive location to listen to Mr. Bourgeois views on China’s expanding influence in the world.
