In order to answer those questions and many more, the Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the China IPR SME Helpdesk are pleased to invite you to a seminar on “How to protect your IPR on Chinese E-Commerce Market” on November 8, 2017 in Brussels.

The seminar will be given by Mr. Michal Klaczynski, owner of a consulting firm specialising in international transactions and regulatory matters, including assistance in Chinese business and IP related matters. He has more than 10 years’ experience in advising on various aspects of Chinese copyright law, trade secrets, trademarks, as well as negotiating licensing, manufacturing and distribution agreements related to operations in China.
During this seminar Mr. Klaczynski will provide you with practical advice on how to protect your IP in China in the E-commerce sector and give a detailed overview of China’s E-commerce landscape. You will also learn how to obtain, protect and enforce IP rights in China and get advice on how to build a robust IP protection strategy for the E-commerce sector in China.
