On November 29, 2017 the Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce together with the EU SME Centre and the COTRI China Outbound Tourism Research Institute orghanized a one-day workshop on Servicing Chinese Tourists in light of the 2018 EU-China Tourism Year.
The workshop has been a great success and was much appreciated by the participants coming from companies seeking to adapt tourism and retail products and services, to develop adequate strategies and to facilitate quality assurance.
