Fast & Furious in Belgium: Company visit to Gillet Automobiles

We are pleased to invite you to a company visit to Gillet Automobiles on Thursday June 29, 2017 in Gembloux. As a Belgian automobile manufacturer, Gillet was founded in 1991 by Mr. Tony Gillet, Belgian former successful racing driver, winning the Belgian hill-climb championship in 1979 and 1980 and competing in two Dakar Rallies.

The company produces the Vertigo sports coupé, an ultra-lightweight (990 kg) ‘bespoke’ and hand-built sportscar. The first Vertigo was powered by a Ford Cosworth 2.0-litre 4-in-line, later evolutions are powered by more powerful engines: the 3.0-litre Alfa Romeo V6 engine and the 4.2-litre Ferrari/Maserati V8 in the latest evolution called Vertigo.5. In March 2017, the company celebrated the 25th years of the Vertigo car with the visit of King Albert II of Belgium.

The Tony Gillet spirit stands for driving cars that are real works of art and which grant you extraordinary driving sensations. Gillet Automibiles has already worked with many famous brands and is now looking for potential investors.
