A glance behind Alibaba’s Global Online Shopping Festival

08/12/2020
Online

One of the biggest days for online shopping in China is without a doubt November 11. Each year, Singles’ Day is celebrated with a global shopping event, initiated by Alibaba and adopted by other e-commerce platforms. Last year, shoppers spent an impressive 38.4 billion US dollars on Alibaba’s e-commerce platform on this day. To plan and execute such a large-scale event, a lot of technological expertise and practical solutions are needed to make sure everything runs smoothly.

In this context, the Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (BCECC) is delighted to invite you to a webinar on “A glance behind Alibaba’s Global Online Shopping Festival” on December 8, 2020 at 10.30 CET (17.30 CST).

In order to advise your company on how to host large scale shopping events on your retail platform, Mr. Yuefung Sun, Alibaba Cloud Evangalist will discuss the technological infrastructure behind it. Moreover, he will provide some tips on how technology can enable you to expand your business into the enormous Chinese market.
