Entering the Chinese market can offer significant opportunities for SMEs, but understanding the regulatory and commercial landscape is essential. To provide guidance to businesses interested in exporting and expanding their operations to China, the Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (BCECC), in collaboration with the EU SME Centre, is organising a webinar on “Market Entry & Expansion for SMEs in China” on 23 September 2026 at 11:00 CET.
This webinar will cover the main regulatory requirements for entering the Chinese market and explore the different commercial channels available, from e-commerce platforms to brick-and-mortar retail, as well as their respective advantages and limitations. It will also highlight the importance of risk mitigation through commercial background checks and strong contract negotiation.
