Brussels

The Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (BCECC) and the Brussels Chamber of Commerce (Beci) are pleased to invite you to the 2026 China-Belgium Customs Event taking place on October 29, 2026 at 14:00 CET in Brussels.

Following the success of previous editions, this event offers a unique opportunity to stay ahead of the latest customs developments shaping trade between China and Belgium. Representatives from both the Chinese and Belgian Customs authorities will share first-hand insights into recent policy updates, customs procedures, and key regulatory priorities affecting international business.

In addition to the presentations, participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with customs experts through dedicated one-on-one meetings. The event will also mark an excellent occasion to meet Ms. Hu Lan, the newly arrived Minister Counsellor for Customs of the Chinese Mission to the EU, as well as the Belgian Customs Attaché Mr. Emmanuel Geronnez. These personalized exchanges will allow attendees to address specific business concerns, gain clarity on customs procedures and regulations, and receive practical guidance to facilitate their international trade activities.

Join us for an afternoon of expert insights, valuable networking, and direct exchanges with customs authorities.
