The China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), the world’s first and largest fair dedicated to trade in services, is scheduled to take place from September 12 to 16, 2024. This annual event, held in Beijing, is co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and the Beijing Municipal People’s Government, with support from international organisations such as the World Trade Organisation, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. CIFTIS spans 9 major sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, computer and information services, and supply chain and business services, etc. The 2023 CIFTIS attracted exhibitors and attendees from 83 countries and 24 international organisations.
