The 133rd China Import and Export Fair, one of the biggest trade fairs in China, opened its doors on April 15 and concluded its onsite exhibition on May 5, following a pattern of three exhibition phases of five days. Meanwhile, the online platform will continue operating with its trade matchmaking events.
This year, the onsite Canton Fair attracted around 129,000 overseas buyers from 213 countries and regions worldwide. It served as a comprehensive trade platform for all participants, emphasizing innovation, industrial promotion, and trade services allowing the overseas buyers to connect with global enterprises, explore new products, and seize development opportunities. Exhibitors showcased over 3.07 million innovative products, which highlighted the resilience and vitality of China’s foreign trade. Moreover, export transactions exceeded expectations, with onsite transactions reaching USD 21.69 billion, and online transactions amounting to USD 3.42 billion with its 30.61 million visits.
