The law firm Daldewolf, located in Brussels and a member of the Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (BCECC), is co-hosting a hybrid event alongside the Grandall Law office in China. The primary objective of this seminar is to provide guidance to Belgian companies that are embroiled in a dispute with a Chinese counterparty and are seeking the best possible resolution.
During the seminar, legal experts Marc DAL and Ava (Xiufang) TU from Daldewolf, and Xianyue BAI and Henry HUANG from Grandall Law, will furnish a comprehensive and up-to-date guide on resolving disputes with Chinese counterparties. The speakers will cover various topics, including the efficacy of arbitration and the enforcement of judgments in China.
A considerable number of Belgian companies confront a predicament when negotiations falter, and litigation or arbitration seems uncertain and expensive. However, by attending this seminar, attendees will learn about the utility of arbitration through the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and how it can prove to be a practical instrument for settling disputes with Chinese counterparts.
This seminar will be a hybrid event, taking place at Daldewolf’s offices in Brussels or online via Teams. The event is free-of-charge, but registration is mandatory. Please click here to register!
