Adjacent to Hong Kong, Shenzhen is a significant transportation hub in the Asia-Pacific region under the Belt and Road Initiative. It has become a major Chinese economic city since China’s opening up reform in 1979. The so called “Silicon Delta“, for it is a leading technology center, holds the headquarters of many international companies and is one of the most innovative Chinese cities.
The Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (BCECC) organized the Belgium – China (Shenzhen) Economic & Cooperation Conference on November 26, 2019, during which our guests introduced the about 100 participants to the business, economic, trade and investment environment of Shenzhen.
